Emotional Health Therapy is a combination of Human Givens Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP) and offers a powerful and rapid, yet gentle means of helping clients make lasting changes. This therapy helps clients achieve their full potential by overcoming lifelong difficulties and/or current concerns. Indeed, beneficial changes are often experienced after only one session.

The main therapies that I provide are :

Human Givens Therapy encompasses all effective approaches to helping people. It draws on findings from psychology and neurobiology about how people really function, as well as research studies that have established which Counselling techniques are most effective.

Hypnosis is a valuable therapeutic tool for nhancing a clients’ self-awareness and facilitating therapeutic communications.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) offers a process to help interpret human experiences, and to understand how people think, feel and react. It is a tool for effective communication, motivation, positive thinking and the creation of desired goals and outcomes.

Stress can be defined as any pressure or accumulation of pressures – physical or psychological – that is too much for a person to cope with comfortably. Stress causes a wide range of physical, psychological and behavioural symptoms.

I have a range of options available :

  • One hour sessions of counselling/therapy at weekly or fortnightly intervals.
  • A day of personal intensive therapy
  • A stay in our Personal Retreat combined with some intensive therapy over a few days or a week.
